Black and White Sunday | Behind Bars

When the deck has shade, Parker goes out for a little fresh air.  It's also a safe place for him while we eat (in peace)!

We’re taking part in the Black and White Sunday blog hop kindly hosted by My Life In Blog Years, You Did What With Your Weiner, and Dachshund Nola.

    1. If someone opens the gate, I'll try to make a run for it, but they usually guard it pretty good.

  12. Where we live in the country, we keep a close eye on our yorkie, Ziggy. A person my husband works with had a chicken hawk swoop down and take up her yorkie. She chased and yelled and screamed til it dropped it. But its claws cut into it. She took it to the vet and it was fine. But these dogs aren't very big. Ours is 7 lbs. We have a gate we can put on the deck too, but I won't leave him alone. Parker is so adorable. Have a happy Sunday Parker.

  14. I can see why they had to put you behind bars Parker. With a cute face like yours I imagine it would be hard to resist sharing a little food with you. Gosh you are adorable.

  20. Parker, my boys have the same setup on the deck. It's hard being a little guy in a big world sometimes. We had visitors over the July 4th holiday, and Teddy had to spend a little time in indoor doggy jail. He doesn't like invaders. Ruh roh.
